Hi, I am Ashok

I've dedicated my whole life to studying, practicing, mastering & imparting 'the art of mindfulness and Meditation'. I use an intelligent and highly effective mix of tools, such as Mindfulness, Breathing Techniques, Clinical Hypnotherapy, guided Visualisation (past regression and future progression), and Meditation.

Through my 40 + years of experience and work as a ‘Mindfulness and Meditation Coach’ and also as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I have helped thousands of stressed-out, depressed, traumatized (especially childhood violence, neglect & sexual abuse} and emotionally overwhelmed (death, divorce, and relationship breakups) people all across the globe, restore their calm. The other issues resolved through my programs are ADHD, OCD, panic attacks, sleep difficulties, pains that refuse to go away, eating disorders like binge eating, stress eating, etc.

Through my 10-day course, ‘Heal your mind and soul’ I can help you reset your life by rewiring your brain and changing your negative, self-sabotaging subconscious behaviour and thinking patterns.

  • Moving from rapid, shallow breathing to calm, relaxed and abdominal breathing, gets you out of fight-or-flight mode, calms down the vagus nerve, and regulates your stress hormones like cortisol.

How the program works
  • An intense 4 week group mental health program, Includes 10 sessions. These sessions includes Mindfulness techniques, Breath work, Guided meditation & visualization, and clinical hypnotherapy to release suppressed emotions and traumas. Duration of each session is 30 to 35 minutes and is held three times a week on alternate days.
  • You will sleep better and wake up feeling fresh and energised.
  • You will learn to control unhealthy addictions like smoking, bulimia and binge eating.

Do you know we hardly use our conscious mind, just around 5 to 10 % of our waking time? 90 to 95% of the time, we are on autopilot, working through the subconscious program we adapted and downloaded unconsciously from others - from parents, siblings, relatives, teachers, neighborhood, and friends.

Do you know why you find changing your habits and behavior so difficult. It’s because 90% of the time you are working through the habit mind, through the subconscious programs, not paying attention. Things happen through you, without you paying any attention. That’s why you do things or say things that you otherwise would never be doing or saying.

Mindfulness means being rooted in the present moment and staying conscious of your actions, thoughts, and emotions. It simply means you stop working through the habit mind. It's like coming out of the matrix, coming out of the subconscious programming. When was the last time you paid close attention to your breath?

Most people rarely pay attention to their breath unless they are short of breath… We breathe about 20,000 times a day. And yet, somehow, most of us get it wrong. Our overstressed lives and rush have led to altered breathing patterns (leading to rapid and shallow breathing, chest or mouth breathing, etc)… without us even realising it. The question we need to ask is not “Why the addiction" but "Why the pain".

Addictions, behavioural problems, attention deficit, and OCDs are maladaptive coping mechanisms of self-soothing.

How you think, how you act, and how you feel, is called your personality, that's what defines you. What shapes and creates your personality? your perceptions, belief system, and your attitude. Most of it is downloaded without analysis, subconsciously from other people, in your childhood, before the age of seven.

Now, if you have an irritable nature, tantrums, behavioral issues, unexplained anxieties, attention deficit, OCDs, PTSD, people-pleasing habits, and addictions like being a shopaholic, alcoholic, drugs, binge or stress eating, These are maladaptive coping mechanisms of self-soothing. Most of it stems from childhood neglect, alcoholic parents, domestic violence, and sexual abuse. These conditions cause deep-rooted traumas that never heal unless or until released consciously. The question we need to ask is " Not why the addiction", but "Why the pain".

Unconsciously, the pain, suffering, deep-seated feeling of insecurity, and being unwanted, unloved, or unworthy keep reflecting in your day-to-day behaviors. Any similar situations trigger and evoke the same painful emotional response suffered during those situations. It hits you as if it's happening all over again.

Hypnotherapy is the safest, easiest, and most effective way of releasing pains & traumas associated with adverse childhood experiences, past life, and generational traumas. For the most part, Hypnotherapy is a guided session that works by altering brain activity to induce a relaxed, trance-like state.
