Hi, I am Ashok

I've dedicated my whole life to studying, practicing, mastering & imparting 'the art of mindfulness and Meditation'. I use an intelligent and highly effective mix of tools, such as Mindfulness, Breathing Techniques, Clinical Hypnotherapy, guided Visualisation (past regression and future progression), and Meditation.

Through my 40 + years of experience and work as a ‘Mindfulness and Meditation Coach’ and also as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I have helped thousands of stressed-out, depressed, traumatized (especially childhood violence, neglect & sexual abuse} and emotionally overwhelmed (death, divorce, and relationship breakups) people all across the globe, restore their calm. The other issues resolved through my programs are ADHD, OCD, panic attacks, sleep difficulties, pains that refuse to go away, eating disorders like binge eating, stress eating, etc.

Through my 10-day course, ‘Heal your mind and soul’ I can help you reset your life by rewiring your brain and changing your negative, self-sabotaging subconscious behaviour and thinking patterns.

My coaching program is modern, science-based, and practical to dive deep into the mind-body connection.   • Moving from rapid, shallow breathing to calm, relaxed and abdominal breathing, gets you out of fight-or-flight mode, calms down the vagus nerve, and regulates your stress hormones like cortisol.

How the program works
  • An intense 4 week group mental health program, Includes 10 sessions. These sessions includes Mindfulness techniques, Breath work, Guided meditation & visualization, and clinical hypnotherapy to release suppressed emotions and traumas. Duration of each session is 30 to 35 minutes and is held three times a week on alternate days.
  • You will sleep better and wake up feeling fresh and energised.

Do you know we hardly use our conscious mind, just around 5 to 10 % of our waking time? 90 to 95% of the time, we are on autopilot, working through the subconscious program we adapted and downloaded unconsciously from others - from parents, siblings, relatives, teachers, neighborhood, and friends.

Do you know why you find changing your habits and behavior so difficult. It’s because 90% of the time you are working through the habit mind, through the subconscious programs, not paying attention. Things happen through you, without you paying any attention. That’s why you do things or say things that you otherwise would never be doing or saying.

Mindfulness means being rooted in the present moment and staying conscious of your actions, thoughts, and emotions. It simply means you stop working through the habit mind. It's like coming out of the matrix, coming out of the subconscious programming. When was the last time you paid close attention to your breath?

Most people rarely pay attention to their breath unless they are short of breath… We breathe about 20,000 times a day. And yet, somehow, most of us get it wrong. Our overstressed lives and rush have led to altered breathing patterns (leading to rapid and shallow breathing, chest or mouth breathing, etc)… without us even realising it. Over time, this harms our physical health, mind, mood, stress, and performance and can even shorten our lifespan.

Our Approach

We believe that lasting change begins within. The way you think, feel, and respond to life is shaped
by patterns stored in the subconscious mind—many of which are formed early in life.
By working with these patterns directly, it becomes possible to shift not just behavior, but the
internal experience that drives it. Our approach integrates evidence-informed techniques with
awareness-based practices—helping you move from unconscious reaction to conscious, intentional
living.

Visualisation: Training the Mind

Visualisation is the practice of mentally experiencing a desired reality as if it is already happening.
The brain activates similar neural pathways during vivid imagination as it does during real
experiences, making it a powerful tool for influencing the subconscious.
You play an active role in shaping your reality. Your thoughts and emotional patterns influence
perception, decisions, and behaviour. What is often described as the “law of attraction” can be
understood as alignment—when you consistently focus on a desired outcome, your mind becomes
more attuned to opportunities and actions that support it.
By visualising and emotionally engaging with states such as confidence, calm, or success, you
reinforce new neural pathways. Over time, this shifts your baseline, making these states more
natural and accessible.

Hypnotherapy: Working with the Subconscious

Personality—how you think, feel, and behave—is shaped by your perceptions, beliefs, and attitudes,
many of which develop in early childhood.
Patterns such as anxiety, emotional reactivity, people-pleasing, OCD, PTSD, or addictive behaviours
often stem from unresolved childhood trauma or emotional conditioning. Rather than focusing only
on behaviour, hypnotherapy addresses the underlying emotional drivers.
In a deeply relaxed, focused state, the subconscious mind becomes more accessible. This allows
limiting beliefs and emotional patterns to be explored and reframed, supporting shadow healing and
the integration of suppressed experiences.
Over time, this leads to improved emotional regulation, reduced distress, and a more stable,
empowered sense of self.

Mindfulness: Cultivating Awareness

Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present and aware of your thoughts, emotions, and actions.
Most of our daily life is driven by subconscious patterns formed through past conditioning. This
autopilot mode is why change can feel difficult. Mindfulness helps you step out of this—almost like
coming out of the matrix—and into conscious awareness.

Instead of being driven by subconscious programming, you begin to take charge of your inner
experience. By observing without reaction or judgment, you create space to respond with clarity and
intention.
This reduces stress and mental overload while improving focus, emotional balance, and overall well-
being.

Breathwork: Regulating the Body Mind

Breath is a powerful, natural tool that directly influences your physical, mental, and emotional state.
Yet, most people develop inefficient breathing patterns due to stress and fast-paced living.
Shallow or rapid breathing signals a stress response, increasing cortisol and keeping the body in a
constant state of alert. Over time, this affects mood, immunity, energy, and overall health.
Breathwork uses simple techniques to restore healthy breathing patterns. By slowing and deepening
the breath, the body shifts into a relaxed state, supporting clarity, balance, and recovery.
Regular practice reduces stress and anxiety, improves sleep, enhances energy, and supports overall
resilience.

Guided Meditation: Accessing Inner Stillness

Guided meditation uses structured verbal guidance to help you enter a calm, focused state.
As you practice, you begin to shift from being identified with your thoughts to becoming a witness of
them. You experience yourself as awareness—the observer of mental and physical activity.
This creates space between stimulus and response. Instead of reacting automatically, you respond
with greater clarity, emotional balance, and intention.
Over time, this reduces inner conflict and cultivates a deeper sense of stillness, presence, and self-
connection.

Chakra Healing: Restoring Energetic Hormonal Balance

Chakras are subtle energy centres or “mini brains” located along the spinal column, closely linked to
nerve plexuses and the endocrine system. They play a key role in regulating hormonal balance and

Unresolved trauma and suppressed emotions can create blockages in these centres, disrupting
