Having served decades in health care, seeing its limitations, the futility of cookie cutter, pill for the ill culture of providing symptomatic relief, his love and interest was ever growing in root cause corrections. He understood that since mind & body are intrinsically interconnected and intertwined, we need to work on both simultaneously. Today, Mr. Ashok uses both, the principles of functional nutrition and alternate medicine for physical imbalances like gut issues, obesity (weight loss), metabolic dysfunctions like diabetes, high cholesterol and insulin resistance.

And on the other hand, He uses tools like Hypnosis, Breathing Techniques, Meditation, Guided Visualization, Holographic Repatterning, Energy Psychology and Self-Healing to resolves issues like Anxiety, Depression, Fears, Phobias, Sleep difficulties, Pains that refuse to go away, and Addictions like smoking, alcoholism, eating disorders like emotional eating, stress eating, bulimia, anorexia and obesity etc.

The proof of the pudding is in eating

As a fire blazes brightly when the covering of ash over it is scattered by the wind, the divine fire within the body shines in all its majesty when the ashes of desire are scattered by establishing in spiritual practices.

These enlightening techniques comprise some modern psychoneuroimmunology & psychology and some ancient techniques successfully tried & tested for centuries. All invented by great saints, thinkers & philosophers across different time periods and different civilizations.

Practiced for a month, they help you relieve your everyday stressors, calm down your inflamed brain and nervous system, take your body in to deep relaxation and mind into equanimity, comforting states that you have never experienced before.

However, practiced daily as a lifestyle, it can take you to self-realization, that which some like to call enlightenment, Buddha called it Nirvana, Patanjali called it Samadhi and Lord Krishna called it Param Gati.

All those techniques which are out there anywhere else, are already there in this program. These are only hints. The path to self-realization is a long journey. Practicing these techniques daily, you make incremental gains every day. Slowly you gain more control, inch by inch, yards by yard. Every day you shed a little ignorance. These techniques peel you down like an onion, slowly melting away all that ignorance you have gathered, cocooned around yourself, slowly breaking your identification with what you are not.

Starting first with the gross – ‘the body’, then with the subtle - ‘the mind’, then with the subtlest – ‘the ego self’, ultimately merging into the ‘consciousness’ itself.

Every day you develop greater, deeper insight into how universe functions. How you and everything else has come into being, its origin, it's purpose and its culmination into from whence it came, the governing intelligent energy, also called God or Godhood.

Hypnosis

Hypnotherapy or guided hypnosis, is a form of psychotherapy that changes how your mind think and behave. It uses relaxation, extreme concentration to achieve a heightened state of consciousness or mindfulness also called a “trance” or altered state of awareness. Hypnosis help resolve emotional traumas arising out of childhood neglect and abuse, negative thinking patterns, lack of confidence & self-love, obsessive mental chattering etc

Hypnosis also alleviates a variety of issues, such as psychological distress, phobias, unhealthy, destructive, or dangerous habits (i.e., smoking and/or drinking). During hypnosis session, a lot of information is retrieved from the subconscious that helps solve many unresolved issues. Hypnosis effectively remove negative, self-sabotaging programming of the subconscious mind and replaces  with positive, motivating, self-boosting, dynamic ideas leading to greater self-esteem, self-love and confidence.

Chakra Balancing

Chakras are individual centres of information that work like mini brain or mind through plexuses of neurons. Each centre carries its own specific energy and a corresponding level of consciousness. It has its own light, aura and vibrational frequency carrying a certain message or a blueprint. Each centres have its own individual gland that releases specific hormones and metabolites which work on specific associated organs triggering a cascade of different functions. Through chakra meditation we energise and activate these centres for balanced release of hormones & chemicals for optimum functioning of cells, tissues and organs.

Kundalini Kriya

(Activating Pineal gland, nerve plexuses & endocrinal glands) is an advance form of chakra balancing.

In this kriya, prana or chi energy is passed through all nerve plexuses forcefully along with the breath starting from root chakra to the crown chakra leading to extra circulation of cerebrospinal fluids along the spine exerting piezoelectric effect and decalcification of pineal gland resulting in highly beneficial brain cleansing. It produces an electrical charge that generate an electromagnetic field in the pineal gland. This explosion of energy results in a state of super consciousness. This kriya otherwise help regulates the sleep hormone melatonin and waking hormone serotonin and stress hormone cortisol, calming down the agitated sympathetic nervous system relieving stress, anxiety and depression.

Guided Visualization

Visualization techniques are proven principles of psychology and neuroplasticity that help you achieve life goals and materializing your dreams. Visualizing your dreams sends out a clear signal to the universe of your intentions and magnetically draws the desired effect towards you. Visualization makes you feel your objectives more clearly, in minutest details and in vivid colours. You gain clarity of your objectives, of the doubts and hurdles, activating the creative potential of your subconscious. This is how dreams transforms into material things.

Breathing Techniques

Pranayama (the controlled & measured breath) help calm down the mind by relaxing sympathetic nervous system and vagal nerve tone. Conscious breathing open up a greater sense of peace & wellbeing, alters subconscious downloaded programs, patterns, reactions & emotional blockages. Replacing them with happiness, joy, gratitude and abundance. Witnessing breath passively take you to a deeper level of consciousness, eliminating all noises & chatters in the head, endowing you with equanimity and a sense of total control over your mind & emotions.

Dynamic breathing techniques help build up oxygen and carbon dioxide levels that alternating leads to robust physical health, a resilient mind, improved brain neuro circuitry and neuro plasticity.

Resonance Repatterning or Holographic repatterning

Everything is energy and vibrational frequency. Hence all ailments and emotions like backache, depression, anger, frustrations as well as joy and successes are the results of altered, mismatched frequency and vibrations. Harmonious patterns of frequency or resonance are stored in both the conscious and unconscious of body-mind system and are connecting to the blueprints of ethereal body (core essence of self). You learn to address imbalances by raising your own vibrational frequency. You can even heal others.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or "Tapping".

EFT is a gentle tapping technique that help resolve bodily pains, negative emotions, thoughts and feelings. It is often referred as emotional acupuncture. This therapy works by forming corresponding positive affirmations while tapping on specific Meridien points reinforcing the intention and releasing the energy pattern behind a physical & emotional issue. EFT practiced along with positive affirmations creates permanent changes on what are often considered unresolvable issues.

Aana-Pana Sati (Witnessing breath)

The easiest and the most effective of all forms of meditation. Doing nothing, simply watching the incoming & out going breath grounds you in the present moment, in here and now. Witnessing very effectively breaks identification with body and mind. You are clearly able to see how those bothering, troubling thoughts originates and how they subside inside the mind, just like waves rising and dying in an ocean. They are powerless and meaning less. This acknowledgement empowers you immensely and provides you the capacity to control and manage your mind’s chattering.

Vipassana Meditation

Observing bodily sensations and thoughts without reacting

Witnessing your breath for regular and longer periods, ultimately makes your mind laser sharp and very subtle. This endows you with the ability to experience and witness with indifference, your thoughts and their resultant effect on bodily sensations which otherwise is often experienced as bodily pains, emotional traumas or emotional outbursts leaving one devastated and miserable.

Witnessing your thoughts and sensations without reacting ultimately breaks the identification of the self with nonself i.e., the body and the mind. Once this identification is gone, equanimity sets in which further leads to the understanding of the impermanence and transitory nature of material world. You realize that even your miseries too are transitory and liable to change. This reckoning brings an end to your sufferings and establish you in ever peaceful and blissful nature of the self.
